1. Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of the PropNotice service at propnotice.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. [REVIEW] Confirm the contracting entity, governing law and venue.

2. The service

PropNotice monitors published New York City agency records for properties you identify, notifies the recipients you configure, and provides workflow tools for tracking resolution. It is monitoring and workflow software only. The Compliance Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the properties you add, for who you invite, for the roles you grant, and for keeping credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. Secure work-order links you share with vendors grant access to the work order they name; treat them as credentials.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed annually per active monitored property through our payment processor. The quantity on your subscription follows the number of active billable properties in your organization. Adding a property may increase your charge on the next billing cycle or by proration; removing or archiving a property reduces the quantity going forward. 5. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to monitor properties you have no legitimate interest in, to harass tenants or occupants, or to redistribute bulk data in violation of a source's terms.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it to operate the service, and we provide export and deletion workflows described in the Privacy Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately destroy your data; a retention period applies so you can export or reinstate. [REVIEW] Set and disclose the exact retention period.

7. Availability and accuracy

Government data feeds are outside our control. We make reasonable efforts to detect stale or failing sources and to display data freshness, but we do not warrant that records are complete, current or accurate, and we are not liable for reliance on them.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to organization owners before they take effect.
